Often called “Christmas Whiskey.” Velvety smooth with a complex mix of spicy, fruity, sherry, and toasted notes from its maturation in sherry casks.

Green Spot

Teeling Single Grain

Matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Sweet and light with notes of spice, rich berry, and a smooth, easy finish.

Bushmills 10 Year
Old Bushmills, Antrim

A fantastic introduction to Irish single malts. Matured in bourbon casks, it offers notes of honey, vanilla, and milk chocolate.  

Powers Gold Label
Midleton, Cork

A bold and spicy blend with a pot still-forward character. Notes of cinnamon, green pepper, and toasted oak with a honeyed finish.  

Connemara Peated
Cooley, Louth

A unique Irish whiskey, inspired by the Scottish tradition of drying barley over peat fires. Intense peat smoke with underlying sweet, honeyed tones.

Writers’ Tears
Walsh Whiskey, Carlow

An evocative blend of Single Pot Still and Single Malt. Sweet and spicy with notes of toffee apples and a long, elegant finish.

Irish Coffee: The original. Jameson Irish Whiskey, hot coffee, brown sugar, and a float of freshly whipped cream. The perfect warmer.

The Irish Cocktail: A taste of history from the 1888 Bartenders’ Manual. Jameson, Pernod Absinthe, Dry Curaçao, and bitters, stirred and served up with a flamed orange peel. A complex and sophisticated classic.  

Nolan’s Old Fashioned: Our house take on a timeless cocktail. Redbreast 12 Year stirred with demerara syrup, Angostura and orange bitters, served over a large ice rock with a lemon and orange twist.

Hot Toddy: The ultimate cure-all. Powers Irish Whiskey, honey, lemon, and cloves, steeped in hot water.

Dublin Mule: A refreshing favorite. Tullamore D.E.W., spicy ginger beer, and fresh lime juice, served in a copper mug.

A full selection of premium spirits, including Irish gins like Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin, is available, alongside a carefully chosen list of red and white wines by the glass and bottle.
